I have this fear. What if nothing is wrong with me and it’s all in my head. I went to the doctors last week. Which sucked. She des not know what is wrong with me. At least she is honest. All I know is I want to lose weight. But I wonder if anything is wrong with me. The symptoms come and go. What if they aren’t symptoms at all?

Your Thinking is Abstract and Sequential
|

You like to do research and collect lots of information.
The more facts you have, the easier it is for you to learn. You need to figure things out for yourself and consider all possibilities.
You tend to become an expert in the subjects that you study.
It’s difficult for you to work with people who know less than you do.
You aren’t a very patient teacher, and you don’t like convincing people that you’re right.

I am reevaluating myself, because when I looks t the things I was writing about two years ago it’s the same things I am writing about today. So I am taking an intermission on ranting and raving. This too is something I have done before, BUt I need to focus on making me happy and living my life.
I was talking about listening to other people in the last post, I also need to listen to myself too.

It has come up a lot. Listening is a major part of my job. But along the way I lost effective listening outside of HIV Prevention Counseling and Testing. When in conversations with friends it’s mostly about me. Everything relates back to me. I have to give that up and realize listening to people is not self sacrificing my own opinions and attributes. Listening is telling the person i understand them and I care about what they are saying.
I decided to start my 100 Day Challenge Season 2 today.

I feel like I cannot breathe at work. I am afraid to make mistakes (I think mistakes makes you a stronger employee and person). I have to be prefect. But the more I try to be prefect the more things began to unravel. Someone came for me in a meeting and I push back hard.
How am I suppoer to breath with no air?
