Day 45 (compassion for self)

I always have compassion for others and I rarely have it for myself.  So today I am going to be more patient and nicer to myself.

Day 35- Drama Free

I am a drama queen.

I want to stop the madness. 

I am going to do to to?  I am going to write it out.  Look at the things that are going right,  Exercise.  Try to be more positive.

I was just thinking of the lyrics to this song and how true they are.  The Little Mermaid was the first VHD I ever owned out right from a store.  My parents bought it for me when we moved back to the States.  I think it’s important to love where you at and not wish to be somewhere else.  That is not to say that you cannot go somewhere else, because life is rarely still.  What I am saying that when the time comes things will happen and change whether you set a goal for it or not.  I hope this all makes since.
