loathing 4:30pm-1:30am shifts. It’s the whole day and I always dread going in. Kat Williams is going to have to get me through this shift. we’re seeing a lot of GSU sports students, who are rude and jaded. I just think to myself, if you only knew I’m a GSU alumni. I guess it doesn’t matter, I should just focus on ringing them up and getting their smug butts out of my face.
My graduate research project
Getting the job that I really want and that is coming at the right time
My hair. I need it done professionally
There is so much things I want to do creatively. I know my time will dwindle soon, when I get a fulltime job.
Losing weight and planning meals. I hope this works. I am also planning to put the brakes on eating after 9pm. I work late but I will have to work through the hunger aches.

Babies Everywhere

This is the year for babies. My brother and his girlfriend are pregnant. One of my friends from college is having her third child, which is her first boy. A friend at work is having her first baby. My BFF had her first baby last year.

I know that I am old enough to have many kids around, it’s just that this is a new norm. I like babies, looking at them and playing with them.

I am worried. Do I want kids? Do I want to hang around kids? I don’t know. I sort of now don’t have a choice about hanging around them. So of them are cool and others cry way too much.

It’s just a new reality for me.

How am I going to finish my directed research project? I need assistance of mega proportion.
I want to start my project life documentation project right now. But I do not have any funds to fund this. It will have to wait until next month. I’m getting my binder and core kit.
Juice. Who knew that grape juice with no sugar could be so good.
Glamour magazine has really gone untouched
Thai food and Vampire Diaries on Thursday with my aunt
Family dinners back on track
I am loving the show Revenge, it engulfed me.

Five years ago today I started this blog. I didn’t know what to write about when I started this baby. The first title of the blog was Scattered. . . Do I think that I am still scattered ? Sometimes. But I am coming more into my own. This blog is becoming a platform for my beliefs and rants.

I’ve been ready for a while now. Ready to move on. I’m really getting tired of my job situation. And lack of money. I love my mom, but it’s time to move on and out.

I always say that I wish I could peak into the future. I do now, too. I want to know I won’t be turning forty and living with my mother. I am seriously going into deadbeat status.

I want my own grown-up life.
