My Morning Routine

I am a little random.  I have decided to implement a morning routine into my life.  Here are someof thie things I want to do in the morning.

·         Stretch

·         Drink water

·         Eat breakfast

·         Meditate, quiet reflection, prayer

·         Reading

·         Journaling (including gratitude list)

·         Reviewing goals

·         Exercising

·         Practicing goal/quick tasks

·         Check calendar

·         To do list for work

·         Balance checkbook

·         Shower/moisturizer, toner, cleanser)

·         Get dressed

 

So what are your morning routines?

  1. Wake up and have sex. It’s the best stretching and exercise activity. It also helps you with that glow!
