Week 1- Portion Control

I am serious about losing weight and have decided to follow Sparks people again.  While I really want a milkshake I also don’t want to go into my doctors office having gained more weight, because I am supposes to be losing weight.  This week’s weight lose strategy is portion control.

On my way to becoming leaner and more portions cautious I am:

·         Going to use smaller bowls and  plates

·         Order appetizers as entrees (cost efficient too)

·         Drink more water
