Worrying Woes

Yes, I am a chronic worrier. I worry about anything from the weather to whether I am going to get fired from my job. I’ve decided to stop worrying. It’s driving me crazy and making me tense. Here are some tactics I am going to try:

1. Affirmations
2. Have a worried period (limit thirty minutes a day)
3. Remain hopeful in times of disappear
4. Pray
