This week I haven’t been as bloated as i have been in the past two weeks.  I also started drinking more water.  I think that I’m going to add some exercise to my week.

This week: 247.5 lbs

Pounds lost (or gained): 2.5 lbs

How many pounds left to lose: 48.5 lbs

Goal: 199 lbs
